In your kitchen you have oven/ microwave (fire elements) and sink (water element).  Because these elements are destructive by nature, the Earth element should be introduced between them to keep them separate so they don't create tension that leads to stress.  Simply place between the fire and water elements in the kitchen and add a little beauty while you're at it.

Crystals in Cairns will vary in size and shades of colors.  The crystals will be the same, but wont be the same Cairn as in photograph.
