Sleep kit

Sleep kit. This kit includes 5 crystals, hand made curated loose smudge, informational cards and custom essential oil.  The crystals, smudging and essential oil for sleep are put together to help you sleep. Just place the crystal bag with the crystals under your pillow and cleanse your room with the smudge and oil to pillow case, hands or put on the crystal bag that’s under your pillow …. And look forward to better sleep.

When burning smudge with coal puck, make sure to burn on appropriate heat protected surface, I recommend a bowl with sand and then the puck.  Crystals in kits will vary in size and shade of color in pictures.
